In the Legno Design project, every room in the home is transformed into an aesthetic and functional experience, where attention to detail and the harmony of materials express a refined and coherent design philosophy.
Kitchen – Harmony of Materials and Volumes
The kitchen is the perfect expression of the balance between beauty and practicality. The dialogue between pure white and ice gray is expertly interrupted by oak inserts, which lend warmth and depth to the space. The stone-effect countertop and splashback define the space, creating an elegant break between the color schemes.
Completing the composition, a side mirror visually amplifies the space and reflects light, lending brightness and airiness.
The pull-out natural oak snack bar adds versatility to an already generous and welcoming kitchen, while the floor-to-ceiling shelves, positioned to connect with the entrance, stand out for their dual purpose: oak storage units embellished with smoked glass shelves, designed to combine aesthetics and functionality with visual lightness.
Living Area – A Tale of Volumes and Light
The living area is structured in a refined play of contrasts and proportions, extending across two L-shaped walls. The oak paneling on the sides lends rhythm and three-dimensionality, cleverly alternating with the backlit wallpaper, introducing a note of contemporary elegance.
The oak sliding door integrates perfectly into the space, separating the rooms with discretion and stylistic continuity.
Completing the living area is a floor-to-ceiling bookcase in white lacquered wood with open oak shelves, which acts as an architectural divider: a storage element that delimits the spaces without weighing them down, allowing for a fluid and functional division.
Bedroom – An Intimate and Sophisticated Nest
Designed for a young couple, the bedroom stands out for its skillful use of paneling in two different finishes: lacquered in blue/grey tones and slatted in natural oak. The visual alternation between surfaces breaks the monotony of color and lends the space a refined elegance, transforming it into an intimate, welcoming, yet sophisticated haven.
Bathroom 1 – An Oasis of Material Well-Being
In the first bathroom, the richness of materials translates into a relaxing and harmonious aesthetic. The solid oak of the shelves blends with the white spatula finish of the walls and the concrete-effect panels that line the shower cubicle, creating a warm and contemporary atmosphere.
The backlit corner mirror amplifies the perception of space, lending depth and completeness to the room.
Behind a discreet wall, a walk-in closet is concealed by two sliding doors in mirrored smoked glass: a clever solution that blends functionality and beauty, adding value to the sleeping area.
Bathroom 2 – Small Spaces, Big Solutions
The second bathroom, designed for a young couple from Corato, is a perfect example of space optimization. A world of comfort is concentrated in just a few square meters: a countertop with an integrated stoneware sink, a sensory shower with chromotherapy, and a laundry area elegantly concealed by oak slats that vertically articulate the space.
Every element is designed to offer maximum livability and refinement, demonstrating that even the smallest surfaces can express great personality.
