Private client project 24

In the heart of Monte Carlo, one of Europe's most exclusive residential areas, an apartment takes shape where architecture and furnishings seamlessly interact, creating a sophisticated, bright, and perfectly balanced environment.

The entire project was designed by Milan-based studio SSD Italy, which oversaw the definition of the apartment's spaces, proportions, and material language. The custom furnishings were entrusted to Legno Design, a company specializing in the artisanal production of high-quality furniture.

The result is a project that interprets contemporary luxury through precise design, fine materials, and custom solutions, perfectly integrated into the interior architecture.

Materials and Spatial Identity

The project is based on a simple and refined material palette. Natural oak becomes the primary element that defines the identity of the rooms: wardrobes, bookcases, and paneling are designed as continuous surfaces that elegantly and consistently complement the space.

Wooden surfaces interact with delicately grained natural stone tops, chosen to enhance the brightness of the interiors and create a balance between material warmth and contemporary rigor.

Each element has been designed to ensure a fluid and orderly perception of space, where functionality and aesthetics blend seamlessly.

Custom-Designed Furnishings

One of the key aspects of the project is the creation of completely custom-made furnishings, designed to integrate seamlessly with the apartment's architecture.

The oak wall units, bookcases, and storage systems were developed as true architectural elements capable of organizing the space with visual continuity and great precision.

The production was handled by Legno Design, an Italian company specializing in the creation of high-end custom furnishings.

The Peninsula as a Central Element

Among the apartment's most distinctive elements is the oak and stone peninsula, designed as the fulcrum of the space.

The natural stone countertop, with its soft, rounded profile, introduces a sculptural dimension that dialogues with the more rigorous lines of the furnishings. Positioned directly above the large panoramic window, the peninsula becomes a connection between interior and exterior, amplifying natural light and enhancing the view of Monte Carlo's urban landscape.

A project between architecture and craftsmanship

This project represents a perfect balance between architectural design and artisanal execution.

The collaboration between SSD Italy, responsible for the concept and interior design, and Legno Design, responsible for the custom-made furnishings, has resulted in a result of exceptional technical and formal quality.

An apartment that interprets luxury through refined materials, precision construction, and a contemporary design language, perfectly in tune with the prestigious Monte Carlo setting.
