The interior design for this store was entirely designed by our designer Paola and created inside the "Gran Shopping Mongolfiera" shopping center in Molfetta.
We created a decor that best showcases the products on display while maximizing the available space.
All the lighting was designed to focus the customer's attention on the display areas.
Natural LEDs illuminate all sides of the windows, while the display cases are illuminated by pendant lighting.
Precisely because of its commercial and exhibition purpose, the store's interior design is characterized by color contrasts and chiaroscuro effects. The oak contrasts with the petrol green, lending a sense of sophistication and style to the entire decor.
For the display cases, we used natural flamed oak, whose pale color complements the petrol green of the walls and the storage cabinets beneath the display cases.
At the base of the display cases, oak inserts echo the materiality of the display cabinets.
On the wall behind the display cases, we applied a slab of Verde Alpi marble to break up the monochrome effect of the wall without distracting attention from the items on display.
The side display cases are suspended. This is not only a stylistic choice, but also a functional one. Indeed, with the suspended display cases, the lower spaces are also accessible, used in this case as display areas.
In the entrance area, two illuminated display cases display products facing the mall's pedestrian walkway, drawing attention to the items displayed within.
The underlying concept behind this project focuses on the intrinsic value of the type of products the store carries. The value of the products sold (mostly high-end handbags and watches) therefore had to be reflected in the furnishings, so that the idea of refinement and luxury would be a common thread between the product and the space containing it.
